Registration is open now.
The items you need to input for the registration are listed as follows:
- Personal information (Your name, email and living address, phone number, your status and affiliation).
- Accommodation request (from which to which date you will stay, room type, room mate names, dietary restriction).
- Oral/poster presentation request (you are required to provide relevant research information).
- Some questionnaire on GAIA.
Note:If you need to modify the input information after submitting your registration details, please click the blue jump button on the right (View/Edit/Cancel). After entering your personal registration ID, you can perform the relevant modification operations. The personal registration ID is generated upon successful initial registration and will be saved in your local registration records.

Registration Fees

The registration fee covers the following items: conference accessories; relevant facilities and materials for oral presentations and poster sessions; lunches, dinners, and the gala dinner during the conference dates; participation certificates and award certificates; expenses related to the construction site visit.
Payment Methods
To facilitate registration fee payment for all participants, the organizing committee offers two official payment methods, with details as follows:
- Bank Transfer:
- Domestic participants can directly transfer funds to the organizing committee's designated bank account via mobile banking APP, online banking, or in-person at a bank branch. Please include the remark: "Name-Institution-Regular Registration/Student Registration" when making the transfer. (It is recommended that registered personnel in Chinese Mainland use bank transfer as the payment method.)
- International participants can remit the funds to the aforementioned domestic bank account through cross-border remittance channels. Please include the remark: "Name-Institution-Regular Registration/Student Registration" in the remittance note.
The payment amount can be converted into an equivalent amount in local currency at the exchange rate on the day of transfer, without the need to convert it into RMB.
As required by the relevant financial institution, please provide the page of the payment account holder's passport that displays the country/region information, if you are using a bank outside mainland China or conducting a transaction in a currency other than RMB (CNY).
- Cash Payment:
- This method is only available on-site during conference check-in. Participants are required to bring sufficient cash (in RMB), verify their registration information at the conference reception desk, and receive a payment receipt from the staff.
Regardless of the payment method chosen, please upload the payment proof (e.g., transfer screenshot, cash receipt, passport photo) to the online registration system via the blue jump button above (View/Edit/Cancel) or send the payment proof to the organizing committee's email address: gaia_2026@outlook.com. We will complete the verification and send a "Payment Successful" confirmation within 1-3 working days.
Accommodation
Accommodation Fees: Accommodation fees are not included in the registration fee. The workshop organizer has reserved rooms in advance for participants, who can pay the accommodation fees directly on-site.
Accommodation Types and Fees: The available room types include single room (480 RMB per night) and twin room (440 RMB per night). If you need other room types, please refer to the accommodation website for detailed fees http://www.shungeng.cn/ (Please use the browser translation).
